The resort provides free airport transportation for stays of 3 nights minimum, through Seasons Tours — the in-house transfer agency for Excellence Hotels & Resorts. Shuttle transfers run a direct route between the airport and Finest Playa Mujeres (30–40 minute duration).

Once you've secured your stay and flights, visit freetransfer.seasonstours.com to book your airport transfer. You will need to submit your reservation information and flight details to do so (Booking ID/number sent via email from the resort upon booking your stay).

If you run into any issues when booking your transfer online, you can email transfers@seasonstours.com or call +52 998 872 8180, with your flight details and reservation number, and they'll help program your transfer for you.

We recommend coordinating flights and transfers with your suite mates or other guests if feasible, in order to consolidate shuttle trips.

  • Reservations booked under the promo code are charged in full 30 days before arrival, to the card used at booking. Partial payments are not accepted.

  • Be sure to double-check that your payment successfully goes through around September 13–16 (30 days before arrival). You'll get an email confirming the charge (or notified if payment doesn’t go through — from Finest Resort or The Excellence Collection.

    Failed payments can result in a cancelled booking.

  • Now that the promo window has closed, changes to your booking are no longer available at the discounted rate. Attempting to modify a reservation will remove the promo code and bump you to full resort rate.

  • COLORFUL COCKTAIL
    Normal cocktail attire works great. We encourage fiesta-inspired brights, patterns, and ruffles if you're feeling festive — but it's not required.

  • BEACH FORMAL
    This includes elegant, elevated wedding attire, just lighter and more breathable for a warm, sandy setting. Think flowy dresses or lightweight jumpsuits for women, and linen suits or dress pants with a button-down for men. Skip heavy fabrics, shorts, and flip-flops — dressy sandals or wedges are your best bet for the sand.

  • Get 20% off a spa treatment when you book before arrival. Explore the One Spa menu online or through the app.

  • WOMEN
    Casual wear like shorts, skirts, and sundresses are welcome. Beach cover-ups are acceptable over dry swimwear. Footwear mandatory.

    MEN
    Shorts and pants with a sleeveless shirts are welcome. Some fancier dining will prohibit flip flops, and only allow a polo or collared shirt. Footwear mandatory.

    PROHIBITED
    Swimwear, wet clothes, tank tops. (Flip flops vary). You can view more specifics on the app.

  • WOMEN
    Long pants, capris, skirts with a blouse, or dresses are welcome. Sleeveless tops and tank tops aren't permitted.

    MEN
    Nice shorts, capris, or long pants with a dress shirt, polo, or collarless dress shirt are welcome. tank tops aren't permitted. Casual shoes or elegant sandals are required — no beach sandals or flip-flops.

  • If you're booked under the promo code, you’ll likely be placed in buildings 4 or 5. If not, everything is walking distance, so no sweat!
